You will not receive an official donation receipt or tax receipt, however, you can be fully assured that your contribution will go towards WeHowl's commitment to wolf conservation and efforts to build a strong collective to advance necessary policy changes to help preserve wild wolves in Canada as an essential part of vibrant and functional ecosystems.
While WeHowl is not set-up as an official registered charity or non-profit organization, it is run by individuals who are passionate about advancing wolf conservation, are committed to the cause, and who mainly volunteer their time and often pay fees out of pocket (e.g. website costs, printing, etc.).
One reason for this is so that the founder can join in on the front lines of direct action when and where it is needed, without risking charitable status.
